Observing the Birds at the Punta Nati Lighthouse

Punta Nati is one of the most unique places on the island. A dry and rocky landscape, dotted with the human footprint in the form of numerous and diverse stone constructions. This enclave is the preferred habitat of a large number of different species of bird; some are all-year-round residents while others merely winter on the island, but all have adapted to living in a place as inhospitable as this. During a short walk around the lighthouse and along the Camí de Cavalls (Bridle Path), we will try to spot and get to know all these species, which will certainly try to go unnoticed taking advantage of their cryptic plumage, but that will most definitely delight all who come to see them.
